Lumina™

As a Lumina Practitioner Glynis uses the powerful Lumina Spark process which is based on the Big Five and Jungian personality models. The process uncovers 3 different levels of employee personality and offers a range of applications including an overview of team dynamics for team conflict and collaboration, a self-coaching platform and a stress management process. Lumina is also used in the co-creation of transformative company cultures.

When organisations stimulate a common language among employees around what it means to be resilient and highly effective at work and what the core values are that unite and motivate your people, those narratives transform company cultures. We engage a systems thinking approach and use a combination of methods depending on the organisation’s desired outcome.

Coaching

Glynis has integrated training in Systemic coaching, Ontological and Intuition coaching and a Masters of Philosophy in Personal and Professional leadership with her experience as an HR Executive to provide deep insight into human behaviour to facilitate the necessary shifts for employee development and high-functioning systems. She engages a team of experienced coaches to support projects.
